Rescheduling & Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please use the scheduling link to do so without penalty.


Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss this session or don’t provide sufficient notice, the session will be forfeited. However, if you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time, but the session will still end at the scheduled time.
